The watermill is a cool idea but oases are so rare that the bonus is kinda weak

2 things:

1. I believe that you can make it so that Ismaire spawn along rivers with this bit of code:


<Civilization_Start_Along_River>
<Row>
<CivilizationType>CIVILIZATION_(Civ's name goes here)</CivilizationType>
<StartAlongRiver>true</StartAlongRiver>
</Row>
</Civilization_Start_Along_River>


2. wouldn't it make more since for the Oasis Outpost to require fresh water instead of a river? That way it can be build if you found a city beside an Oasis.

@Panther Her start is set the Desert but beyond that. It depends on how the map is generated. (or you just use the True Start Location Map Pack to have her have an insane capital.)
