When selecting casual play mode for a new character, the game says there is no penalty for dying.
This mod makes it true and disables the 10% pixel loss on death (in casual only). It also removes the notification about lost pixels in the revive/respawn animation for the vanilla races (Apex, Avian, Floran, Glitch, Human, Hylotl, Novakid).

It's a client side mod.

So glad this mod is a thing. I'm playing casual for having no death penalty, and the pixel loss was about to make me stop exploring caves.

I remember my noob days in which I used two elemental knives and rushed recklessly into a mother poptop.
And then I used spam rng fire guns

And I got broke from my barbarism until I realized I should just get a bow
