Planetside Politics - Less contentious edition

Taking into account personal criticisms of certain areas of the original mod, and also the criticisms of the comment section, I've made some edits that will hopefully address some people's issues.

CHANGES;

- Republican and Democrat changed to Conservative and Liberal.
I understand the mod creator didn't mean the American political parties, however, republics and democracies are simply methods for running a political system. If one of each historical republican group met, things'd get messy

- All ideology/item descriptions made more accurate

- Tribal/pirate only ideologies removed. Mainly due to the fact that I (sadly) know monarchists, have anarchist and despot friends, and because half the world is a theocracy.

- Changed commonality of ideologies.

- Event text now written closer to colonist perspective because I wasn't a fan of the original event text.

NOTE: All changes are based on a modern, historical, literal and personal understanding of each ideology. Your opinions on each ideology are your own, but I've attempted to write each as accurately as possible so unless I made some GRAVE mistake, feel free to remain calm. Serenity now.

CREDIT: The mod was made by LegendaryMinuteman, I simply changed some aspects for personal use. All credit goes to them.
