'Roman' - 2 Food Shops Styled Insula (NO DLC)

Description
Was really difficult to get a good angle for the main screenshot so recommend viewing the blueprint to see better screenshots! Building on my new theme set is a medium sized 'Insula', this term refers to a modern day apartment or city block in style where multiple residents live together in one location.

Notes
  • Shops included are - Chief Beef and Monsieur Fries so don't forget to set prices and extras.

  • Changed up the roof tiling for this piece so let me know which you prefer this or the one from the bath house blueprint!

  • Carried over similar architecture from the previous creation while adding in custom doors and windows in places.

  • Pavement size is up to you but can be a little difficult to get it similar to the screenshot, took a few attempts to get it right.

  • Multiple buildings are included inside this blueprint so remember to multi-tool select if placed then wanting to move again.

Thanks for Viewing/Reading!

Feel free to check out my other creations on my workshop and let me know what you think of this new theme!

Cost - $4,637 $4,725.75
Objects - 1059 1099
Running Costs - 2x Shops + Vendor Salary/ 2x Sequencers $1.00

UPDATE 1 -
  • Have included sequencers x2 to control the 'torch lights' they are set to turn on at 5:00pm and turn off at 8:30am, so it gives it a more real feeling rather than them being on all day long. For those who want to disable this feature clip the camera inside the building, find the sequencer labelled 'lights off' and disable/delete it, then when 5:00pm rolls around the lights will stay on continuously. Warning Deleting both with cause all the lights to stay on 'trigger' and manually require you go round unticking trigger functions for each light.

  • Cleaned up some props that were sticking out and not hidden correctly

  • Added some additional railings and decor to the outside of the building to bring up the standards of the front and left side of the blueprint to the rest.

  • Screenshots added at the end of the real to show changes.
