If you're asking why aren't the GPD vehicles drivable yet? What's taking so long? Well here's your answer.

Basically this converted into NPCs. The guy who wanted me to make this also wants me to remake the playermodels as they don't meet his qualifications. But why bother? It's just going to get buried by Sanic clones anyways...
