Proxy spreads potion effect to all allies in range

Updated for 2.0 so I thought I'd make it public

By default, the "Proxy" trait for the charm shares the potion effect to the nearest teammate. With this mod, it instead shares the potion effect to all nearby teammates.

What does this thing do, because we already have this Trait at Level 5 Trait line, whats so special about it?
