Description

The TGV Atlantique (train á grande vitesse) is opearted by the french rail company SNCF (Société nationale des chemins de fer français) and drives on the same named highspeed line LGV Atlantique (linge á grande vitesse).

On May 18th 1990 this train reached the world record for the fastest rail vehicle with 515.3 km/h (320.19 mph). Its record was brocke on April 3rd 2017 by the TGV POS with 574.8 km/h (357.16 mph).
