- Max tanks changed from 1 -> 5
- Common infected spawn (Less than normal)
- Double the max ammo for all weapons (Except M60)
- Quadruple the ammo for chainsaw
- Chainsaw range doubled
- No cooldown on shoving
- Medkits heal 100% of damage
- Medkits are used 60% faster
- Upgrade packs are used 80% faster
- Laser sights are guaranteed to spawn
- CEDA zombies always drop bile
- Riot zombies always drop a baton
- Pill health doesn't fade
- Adrenaline lasts forever (Until the next chapter starts)
- Adrenaline runspeed changed from 260 -> 280
- Adrenaline health value changed from 25 -> 10
- Grenade launcher reloads *slightly* faster
