AM and PM doesnt work when set to 12H time. Hasnt for a long time. Can you fix it?

Did the wallpaper stop working for anyone else after the update? The Tower still works fine but this one isn't.

Can you make these 1440p instead of 1080p as most individuals are switching to 1440p now that the new GPUs are out and can handle them. I would love to use this wallpaper, but I have all 1440p monitors. I would greatly appreciate it!
