Replaces the difficulty text with the difficulty text from Duke Nukem.

Easy = Piece of cake.
Normal = Let's rock.
Advanced = Come get some.
Expert = Damn I'm good!

Well, the game itsself would probably run fine, it's just that it won't even start up in the first place. Despite following all the advice that worked for others, the game still won't start up for me

A quick google search confirmed that many users have trouble with getting the game to start in the first place, so yes, it is an issue with tripwire
