Respec Character Skills when they join you

Description
This is a simple mod.

I got annoyed by recruiting characters and seeing that the AI spent all their skill points on weird skills.

When you recruit a hero to your faction, their skill points will be reset so you can pick what you want to use them for. That's it.

Compatible with everything.
Compatible with save games.
Can be removed without breaking save games.
If it isn't working: your launcher isn't working. Try deleting your user script or moddata.dat. If another mod is causing it not to work, that mod probably has broken scripts.

If you installed mods via user script, other mods won't work. Go to C:\Users(your username) \AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\ThreeKingdoms\scripts and delete your user script! It isn't necessary and just prevents the launcher from properly working.

Oh and thanks [HN] for the mod image

Note about Mandate:

Some characters, more in mandate than in Vanilla, spawn already at level 3-5 with certain skills preselected. These preselected skills are innate, and cannot be respec'd by the game.

If anyone encounters other scenario where you think stuff should respec let me know. I don't know if this covers unification or confederation, but may expand mod to do those later.

@Rhyaddan, you just recruit the character and you will see available points to spend on the skills you want.

How does this mod work? Is there a button I need to press to respec? All I can see are 'recruit', 'banish', and 'release from service' in the court screen.

@Greene, it is working for me, but It seems i will disable it cause I feel it is not natural you can reeducate a general in one turn, hahahahah; but it is actually and advantage if you don't want to force yourself to go to war with incompetent generals.
