-Warhead Container differs in subtle yet distinguishable details from Cargo one.

Somewhere in development I tried to do the same, but found it undoable and very situational. Still have fun with it.

Although i tried to incorporate a connector so that nothing changes except 2 block (middle top and bottom connectors), the distance between the top and bottom is to high if placed inline with exterior. Outside it extrudes too much so in the coming days i'll make a connector just for this. xD

Bugged as that the catwalk plate doesn't have any build stages for some reason. I checked the mod page and it's saying it has them. Also, it'd be nice to have a small connector to connect them all so that the operation batteries can charge and so they can be stacked and connected to each other. :) Shameless of me like this but my coupling mod

converts the ejector to a connector so that might be useful!

Small Ship[...] adds small grid 1x1x1 plates, more catwalks rest of everything, and when both mods enabled simultaneously MC replaces their place and even pushes itself into Small's inventory category. Beyond inventory mess shoudln't be any real conflict. But I've had one catwalk problem, rather mysterious and non-reocurring. Mysterious till now, because what you telling might have been a spark. I'll contact modders about it, and see what they can do.

All the containers look amazing but are bugged or rely on way too large mods.
For instance, i think there is a mod conflict between small ship mega mod pack and more catwalks as they both try to add their "catwalks" onto the default block pair or scroll menu. Don't know which of the 2 or both result in issues. That's my guess however!
If you could ask for permission and make a lite mod for these, that'd be amazing!
