A new unique animated costume for Spoon Bender, based on flash Isaac and psychic enemies

All lua stuff by Nioffe! https://steamproxy.net/id/nioffe/myworkshopfiles/

Works with colored costumes/chars/forgotten/bluebaby/other stuff. Let me know if something dosen't work and I'll fix it. (probably)

They actually readded this in repentance so its not needed anymore but thank you :) The repentance one even blinks too.
