PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THIS BLUEPRINT :)

every update causes something to go wrong with this blueprint unfortunately...

The Zaan A5 "Primus" is a light-duty air to ground support jet that is able to harass enemy armor for extended periods of time.

CHECK CHANGE NOTES FOR SPECIFIC CHANGES!

FEATURES

Take-Off & Landing Instructions...




A NOTE ON LANDING ON STATIC GRIDS

Landing on static grids is not recommended due to the planes wheels being able to clip beneath them, this can damage or destroy your plane!




TAKING OFF:

1. Start both your E-thrust (Emergency) and Main thrusters.

2. Turn off your wheel brake (parking brake)

3. Align your nose with your runway center line

4. Press W to throttle forward in full

5. Slowly raise your nose when approaching 60-80 M/s (meters per second)

6. Hit 7 on your number bar to automatically retract your landing gear.




LANDING:

1. Align your nose dead center of your runway

2. Make a low approach around 175 meters above

3. around 1 kilometer from the beginning of the airstrip deploy your air brakes until you reach 80-90 M/s

4. Press 9 on your number bar to automatically deploy your landing gear

5. Raise your nose to maintain altitude while making your way to the runway you will want your

6. Slowly approach the runway using your mouse movement to carefully make adjustments to your approach when your rear wheels touch down push your nose down until your nose gear touch down as well

7. Put on your wheel brake and open the drag chutes until you come to a complete stop.

8. you can now taxi by closing your drag chute, taking off your wheel brake and disabling all your engines.



REFUEL & REARM

1. Refueling your plane requires you to either lift the plane up and deliver fuel and ammo to its ventral connector or create a refueling platform from which it can be fueled underneath it

2. make sure your fueling connector can reach the plane and lock it down to begin passive transfer of ammunition and fuel

3. rearming guns and rockets on exterior pylons must be done manually from your inventory

4. bombs and missiles may have to be brought in through a blueprint with creative permissions or recreated after reattaching each pylon head.

Combat usage...

1. Locate your target visually

2. Turn your nose toward its direction

3. Attempt to stay above and out of the range of enemy weapons, make a dive approach toward your target

4. Enter Air-to-Ground mode

5. Select the turret depression at 5 degrees and slow your approach using your targeting cameras to line up on the target.

6. Set your target range to 500 meters for your cannons or 800 meters for your rockets.

7. Fire at your target, strafing down its chassis and then pull up.

8. Immediately peel off at low level flight to avoid any return fire.

9. Fall back to a safe distance and return to make another pass, repeat until your target is disabled.
