The barbed wire / sandbags may have been from some workshop item pack.
Also I just used tabletop sim to place stuff, otherwise no tool.

Barbed wires and sandbags cannot be loaded, any ideas why?

Yeah man! It was a really great starting point, I really liked the modular use of the buildings.
