City-State Pacts Mod

Description
City-State influence decreases slower the closer the city state is to the civilization, but decreases faster if it is far.
This combats one civ from hogging all city states, and adds the realism of alliances like the Warsaw Pact, NATO, or the EU.

If the city-state is considered a neighbor, influence decreases 66% slower
If its considered close, it decreases 33% slower
If its considered far, it decreases 33% faster
If its considered distant, it decreases 66% faster

This mod uses a custom DLL
Only compatible with Brave New World/Gods and Kings

This mod is also bugging the option to puppet cities and liberate them.

If you can work it in you could change how far it is considered away is changed as you research certain tecs. Key ones to think about might be various sea based tecs if you both have cities that have a coast, tecs that improve roads and rail ways as well as plane and tank based tecs.

I have the same issue as Edlim, the trade route and espionage screens are broken (can provide screenies if you'd like). Additionally the archaeologist screen is broken, preventing me from continuing the game. As I cannot make a choice, and thus am stuck unable to press next turn.

Done both of those, if no one else is having the problem then its probably just some wierd shit with my computer, still love the mod though.

As it adds a single function, I can't imagine how it would fuck up those screens. Would you mind either having no mods and testing or verifying the integrity of your game cache to ensure that it's this mod?

Love the idea of this mod but realised that the espionage and picking a trade route screens get messed up for some reason. Did some testing and found the mod does it no matter how many other mods are activated. Hope you can fix it man, it was great having the city states right next to me being loyal.
