USPS post office - brick

Description
READ THIS FIRST:

This is a fully functional post office, which REQUIRES the Industries DLC. A DLC free version can be found here.

You do not need all the props from the required assets, and following is the instructions to remove unused props for this building from your game if they eat too much of your RAM. If you have already using those assets, or you are planning to use them in the future, ignore this instruction.

You need to subscribe them first.

For Naylin's U.S. flag:

go to your STEAM folder -> steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 255710 -> 1688307352⁩

Find "NDS_USFlagHalf.crp" and remove or delete it.

For Terrain Conforming Walls and Fences Pack:

go to your STEAM folder -> steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 255710 -> 764359902⁩

Only "Chainlink Fence 4m.crp" and "Chainlink Fence 8m.crp" are NEEDED for this asset so you can decided if you want to keep others or not.

For USPS Prop Pack:

go to your STEAM folder -> steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 255710 -> 1257810381⁩

Find "2010 Grand Caravan USPS Prop.crp" and remove or delete it.

If you need some of those deleted props later, you can recover them by unsubscribe to that asset and subscribe it again.

Description:

This is a local USPS post office. Inspired by real USPS stores(so this particular store doesn't exist in real life, at least to my knowledge). I'm currently not in the US so don't blame me.

It is recommended to subscribe the functional USPS vehicles to make the street look more realistic. Here are some vehicles made by ninjanoobslayer, but you can also find others from the workshop.

[MAIL] USPS 2016 International Box Truck
[MAIL] USPS 2002 Step Van
[MAIL] USPS 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan
[MAIL] USPS 2017 Ford Transit

For those who may concerned:

Main mesh:

tris: 1,431 (The three drop box in front of the entrance contributed a large portion of it)
texture: 1024 x 1024px

LOD mesh:
tris: 56
texture: 128 x 128px

Sidenote:

This is my first asset and I made it only because I couldn't find any USPS store in the workshop. So if you have any suggestions or questions or whatever, feel free to post it in the comment section below.

use Building Spawn Points 1.3.0.2 to change the spawnpoints works with P&P

@Henrylzy Nice asset, thank you for making this. Best one I've found on the workshop so far :). As a US citizen, I commend you for making this while not being in the US. Much appreciated

@queso619 just use building spawn points to change the location of the truck spawning (e.g. perhaps to a backside parking lot). You can also use Invisible 1x1 Spawn Point Variety Pack to create a particular spawn point location. Use BOB to get rid of the side parking lot and/or hedge and PO to remove the extra concrete or throw your own props on there. A little involved but with the exception of PO, quick adjustments

Could you maybe make the flag animate?

I'm sad that the entrance is off to the side of the building :(

This one needs the DLC because the mail delivery mechanic was introduced with the DLC and wasn't part of the base game.

Actually this looks pretty close to my local Post Office. Good Job.

@blueJayRage I couldn't agree with you more, Seems as though every new asset has MORE assets to add on top.
