Vanilla Maps - REMASTERED

Description
Welcome to Mountain Meadows!

This is a remastered version of the vanilla European map of Mountain Meadows.
In this map, I re-imagined the mountains, making them more rugged and real. I also added three smaller tributaries that feed the main river to add more interest. Along all rivers, I also added rapids, or small falls, to control the water physics.
The way that the small rivers enter the main river is not like most river systems. The reason for this is due to soil composition, the rivers eat away the weaker rock and carves its own path. And in this case, it looks like they enter the river in the opposite direction, this is normal for this map.

All of the lowlands and valleys have fertile land and oil deposits, and there are large ore deposits near some mountain ranges making for a great industries playthrough.

58% buildable area

The German theme is not necessary to run the map, but it is recommended! Also, using a realistic LUT will really enhance that realism! The screenshots I took only had my theme, no LUT's were used.

This is the first map of the remastered vanilla maps that I will release. I have many more that will be released as the months go by.

CHANGE NOTES

v1.1 - Moved trees out of the way

v1.2 (current version) - edited some trees, fixed highways that was allowing unnecessary traffic into start square. This should be the final version, it has been play tested with no flaws by me. You all should be good now!

Sorry for the inconveniences, just working through some past flaws of mine.

I am pleased to tell you all that I can currently working on a completely Vanilla map re-release of this map. It will not require any mods or DLC’s.
I’m hoping to release it sometime next week!

BTW i have an issue, is it possible to change the "vanilla" buildings, as now the whole city becomes a baroque style old city, while i want parts of the city to be like that it ends up being a bit dumb with "newbuilt" traditional buildings everywhere.

I'll second the comment from cts.017 -- I'd really like to give this map a try, but I'm afraid to do it with the Next2 requirement.

@SanditeSpartan117 would you be willing to upload this without Next2? It's not an mod that's being updated, and it's starting to break with other mods. I see that this map already has MT as a requirement, so most of the roads that Next2 would provide are probably already available in the game

@SanditeSpartan117 I got it working. I think my game just had the files from a previous version. Been playing on it for the past 3 hours straight about. Love it.

You haven't been doing anything wrong. When I uploaded my map, I did so using a custom theme and which is why you're getting the error message. It shouldn't cause any actual gameplay issues as I have played on maps that gave me the error message. It shouldn't prevent you from playing at all.

I subscribed to the GERMANY SUMMER theme, but it still gives "WARNING: The custom map theme used by this map or save is missing.........."

More Importantly, the map will not load for me. I get so far and kaput. I unsubscribed from the previous version, reset my PC, and then resubscribed. Any Clues what I'm doing wrong here?
Any troubleshooting ideas would be greatly appreciated.
