Large Oxygen Tank

Description
This mod adds an oxygen tank the same size(3x3x3) and the same capacity as a hydrogen tank.
This is available for both large grids and small grids.

... and the small grid hydrogen tank capacity was increased to 500kL

Outdated since v197: hydrogen tanks capacity was increased to 15ML.

Minor issue, but still would be nice to see this updated match the hydrogen tanks again.
