Description
Imperium and Power Levels Reworked

Compatible with most mods and save game compatible
This is a sub modification of "Empire" You don't need to subscribe if you are already subscribed to that one or to "Radious - Very Hard Campaign Overhaul"
It might be a good idea to use it together with "Progress" due to changes that has been made to prestige and fame levels.

Player and AI affected by all of these changes

Imperium levels has been edited and added new effects
Things affected by imperium system:
- building construction cost
- trade Tariffs
- upkeep cost
- recruitment cost
- number of recruitment points
- corruption
- food production
- research speed of civil technologies
- loyalty of generals
- amount of money from embezzlement (This feature now can make a difference in difficult situations)(higher levels of imperium gives significantly more money)(use this feature too often and your control is no more!)
- morale of enemies

Power levels has been edited and added new effects
Things affected by power system:
- loyalty
- tax revenue
- morale
- public order
- growth of provinces
- movement range
- corruption
- recruitment cost
- losses due to local piracy
- replenishment rate
- trade tariffs
- diplomatic penalties
- number of recruitment points
- amount of money from embezzlement (higher levels of power gives significantly more money but less of an impact than imperium level)

Fame/Imperium levels has been edited and thresholds are higher now
- It is now harder to get to next level of imperium (reworked prestige in this mod and "Progress" helps with counterbalancing it and making the game more realistic where all things matter like technologies, winning battles, vassalizing or puppetting other factions or just simply conquering new lands.
- army and fleet cap has been raised significantly (note that it is tested and balanced with my mods only. Some overhauls gives too much bonuses to AI and higher cap may destroy your game by flooding you with AI stacks.
- cap for agents and governors has also been rebalanced.

Also cost of political actions has been edited in order to make it more difficult to keep your power.
