Murder Clue Stickers

adds some new stickers that are just the evidence photos in murder on the owl express, and exists 50% because "Murder Clue Stickers" is one hell of a name for anything and 25% because i wanted to practice sticker mods in case i decide to make one where i actually draw something myself and another 25% because i thought the crows and owls should have had stickers in the normal game cuz i just think theyre neat :(

includes the conductor, caw agent, hat kid, owl, and victim pictures as well as one thats just a question mark. does not include your uncle's sister, i just didn't think it would have many use cases, sorry to the uncle's sister fans out there.

sound cues for each of them when used as emotes:

conductor: *evil laughter*
caw agent: *gasp*
hat kid: "heh"
owl: "uhhhhh"
victim: "sorry" (i would have had it not make a sound but i couldnt figure out how to do that so you automatically apologize for showing people a picture of a dead body because that seemed reasonable enough)
question mark: "huh?"

some of the sound cues might be too quiet because i dont really know how sound cues work i just know they sounded a little quiet when i was testing them and also knew that i would never figure out how to fix that without blowing something up. so i just left them like that you'll have to live with it
