You might want to make a version of this either without the Shipyard or to change it for people using the Enlightenment Era Mod given that Mod has a drydock and thus sort of already has a shipyard. Of course, being histoical, perhaps the shipyard could be movedto an early era and provide a bonus when building sailing ships (frigate types) to represent the naval "factories" big maritime nations like England and Holland had.

After some further investigation I have determined the source of the issue on my end. It appears as if a MOD that use to work alongside your MOD just fine is now causing your MOD to not work correctly. Once I disabled it your MOD worked perfectly. Please add this MOD to the list of incompatible for your MOD.

It's called Modern Helicopter - http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=327551920

Additionally I'd like to point out that even if I unpack the file and place it into the MODS folder, Civ 5 doesn't show it as a subscription so when I go to "uninstall" the mod it just says delete rather than unsubscribe.

Got Civ 5 to see the mod however during gameplay the buildings never show up. I've gone to delete the original install folder and re-installed the mod on multiple occasions. I have not added any new mods other than what was already working with this mod prior to the update. Any ideas?

That's a Steam issue not a mod issue. Use 7zip and extract the civ5mod to the mod main folder.

Mod is broken since last update. Does not show up as installed or useable in the mods menu. Verified that file sits in a CIV5MOD file rather than deploying to the client.

I like the state but why would you need biology to unlock naval yards?

Updated this to work with current patch level.
