the ideas good but the execution is poor.
e.g. doing nothing for 6 turns waiting for aliens to spawn on skyranger down.
A retaliation mission with infinite(?) enemy reinforcements (at least 20+ turns), and you have to kill them all for the mission to end instead of just surviving a few turns. And there aren't even any civilians to protect so you just lose the region if you don't win...
A protect the device -> retrieve object mission where you can just stay at spawn and win barely even fighting anything.
and more...
enemy reinforcements often don't follow the rules in general, instead of showing where they'll spawn a turn before they just immediately spawn, but it's at the start of your turn instead of during advent's turn.
It's just really awkward, especially since I'm using Yellow Alert
Just make sure you:
1. Use the nexus version linked in the description (Alternate Download).
2. Edit out the "convoy" mission in the missions ini. Both versions are buggy.
I'm halfway through a campaign and have had no issues with mission generation or mission difficulty/balance relative to other missions. Loads of fun, especially with mods that add difficulty and variety like ReshiKillim's Mutators.
