Empress of Fashion

Description
Adds Rarity as the Empress of Fashion.
This civ's city names draws inspiration from cities in France (because that seems to befit Rarity, don't you agree?).


UA: Gemstone Inspiration
All mines produce +1 gold. Also, the generation of great people is increased by 25%.

UU: Fashion Defender
Rarity's unique replacement for the musketman boasts both the Drill I and Shock I promotions, at a slightly increased cost. Otherwise, their power is identical to the ordinary musketman.

UB: Carousel Boutique
Replacing the market, the Carousel Boutique generates an additional +2 culture and is slightly more expensive than the market. It preforms similarly in respect to generating gold. Also, every source of gems worked by this city gives +1 culture

The mod is compatible with the Pony Units mod by Harald B.

Known bugs:
Nothing impacting gameplay, even if a few icons are a bit off-center. Let me know if you find anything.
Also, since I drew the Fashion Defender unit flag on my own, it's not exactly a masterpiece...

Done. The carousel Boutique now confer +1 culture to every source of gems. It's easier to put that ability on a building than in the trait, so there you go.

If you build enough cities you get an error showing txt... as name. The city is Nanspurs

Great job i hope you have plans of making the entire main 6 and maybe some other pony civs down the road i am so glad you brought the rainbow dash empire back to i never did understand why the original was taken down. But keep up the good work and hope to see more great modded civs from you.
