Fix Economy & Less Costs 3 in 1 (dinamic boost)

Adjustable fix to your economy, growth, reduce armies cost, building contruction cost and boost your taxes and trade. 3 on 1! If you like please thumbs up! This mod is savegame compatible.

This mod is so simple that don't need to be update every single update, so don't worry about that I will update when necesary.
Basically this mod make possible to sustain 2 full armies at the begining of your campaign and still earning money, making your campaign fast, less dependant of economy building play, and the reduction of penalty for multiples armies allow you to have more armies when the campaign advance, with more armies you will get more battles too, so, much more fun.

The boost and reduction cost will change with the dificulty selected in your campaign, you can change this dificulty during your campaign, making it adjustable to your challenge requiriments.
Extra: The turn penalty for global recruitment was removed for human player.

This mod do not affect AI, becouse AI already has his own "cheats" associated to the selected dificulty like vanilla.

If you cant spend your money you can try adding this mod too "Higher Tier Starting Capitals", (created by FrostyDemise). You will be able to spend your money improving your starting Tier IV capital with military building and you could begin to recruit especial and elite troops soon.
