There's a mod that lets you change the backs of those cards.

Unfortunately you would have to re create the cards, which would require you to have the images, to which I unfortunately cannot find anymore T^T

Is there any way to change the card backs? The rest of my deck uses different art, so I wanted to change the lands to match, for obvious reasons. Is there anyway to do that?
