This is a global mod with a major focus on Byzantine (Basileia Rhomaion) and Roman Empire and even Roman Republic or even Latin Empire.

* Click Subscribe
* Start EUIV from steam
* Click Start EU4 in the launcher
* Once EUIV has started wait a few minutes for it to notice there's a mod to download
* Quit EUIV
* Start EUIV from steam, again

I remember playing this ages ago. All of Dorimi mods were great. Always hoped they would get updated. Sorry some of y'all never got to experience them
