Voice Navigation Fix

This mod will remove all the immersion breaking non sat-nav speech, such as "This is where it ends" etc, when finishing a job and "Let's do this!" etc, when starting one.
The following voices will be changed;
All the Doug voices, and all the Skye voices (English), apart from the Old Granny one have been modified.
The latter wasn't modified, as I don't plan on selecting the Old Granny one.
I also modified the "You have arrived at your destination" to just say that. Without "Route guidance has finished"
The speed alerts are still there, voices too.
Although these can be disabled in-game anyway.
