The Boarhound was designed to haul different types of cargo. While it has a defensive turret, it cannot withstand sustained combat unless it is hauling the Forward Combat Trailer. Powered by 6 Hydrogen engines, it can go on long drives without refueling thanks to its internal hydrogen tank, large cargo capacity, and hydrogen processing components. Do note, however, that the Boarhound itself does not have a powerplant capable of producing energy apart from the hydrogen engines, so remember to turn the engines off when not used.

The Lancer Energy Weapon Trailer is the normal carrying trailer refit to house the Lancer Laser System. It can be deployed anywhere the Boarhound can traverse, and packs a hefty punch despite its relatively small size. Compared to conventional ballistic weaponry, the Lancer delivers explosive force at near instantaneous speeds, requires no extra ammunition, and almost no carbon emissions! However, a small caveat of needing a large amount of power is needed to arm the Lancer system. The maintenance deck of the trailer houses the Reactor, and several other key components required to run the systems. As an added bonus, 5 additional passengers can comfortably ride inside the maintenance deck!


NOTES

when unpacking the trailer, do not press the open/close keys at the same time. clang will happen.
when packing the trailer, do not forget to fold the lancer system, else, clang will happen.
controls are indicated on the main LCD of the Gunner Cockpit in front of the Lancer Laser
the Boarhound itself is survival ready. the cockpits can easily be replaced with the regular fighter cockpit, and a medium cargo container if you wish to play vanilla.
