This issue is troublesome because other mods can "fill" for this missing file.
People who had at least 1 mod which uses this specific file didn't have the bug at all.
I'm not the only one who uses this file :D (it allows very easy modding without modding knowledge)
Stuff is now updated and should work, unless there are other issues*

I think I know what causes those. (1 file is missing)
I will try to update mod soon.
I found out why the bug didn't happen to me too...
I have been testing something totally not related to this mod in the past and the side effect left behind
I will have to check folders of other mods to see if they have the same problem first

I'm on win7, using basic QWERTY keyboard (just normal keyboard, not some crapzor or other "gaming" stuff)
Also when I say "shift" "ctrl" I think about left ones (I always forget about existence of right ones since they are useless)
Is there any chance for you to throw your output_log there in comments (it won't fit in 1 comment tho) or on some website like pastebin? Maybe game said some error
Log resets each time you start game so you have to:
-first run the test again
-totally new world
-only 1 mod enabled
-try to spam shift and shift+ctrl few times
-close game
-go for log
Some mods mess around with bindings and they can change it so shift/ctrl isn't shift/ctrl anymore etc
What happens when you use only this mod on some totally new world?
