West Crest @ Bukit Batok is bounded by Bukit Batok Road and Bukit Batok West Avenue 3. The development comprises three residential blocks ranging from 21 to 22 storeys in height and offers 495 units of 2-, 4- and 5-room Standard Flats.

This building is not a grow-able! It requires RICO Mod to plop, else it will be under Unique buildings.
This is a attempt to make these HDB buildings as close to real size as possible. Hence the footprint size is beyond the game's grow-able limit, and has to use Unique buildings template and requires RICO Mod.

Use Painter mod to change the color!

I really enjoyed creating these buildings. HDB buildings is the core of Singapore's architecture.

Yup! Just like how lights work in real life, but of course, at a higher resolution haha!

You have a good eye for details. Yes, to be exact, the inner floors, walls and ceiling are using additive shaders. Those are the areas that needs to be "lit", at least in this case.

Its pretty straight forward and im sure you can figure it out in no time. Watch Ronyx's video explaining his additive shaders mod, on how to set them up as textures and in game. Once you understood and got them to work, let your imagination run wild on how to use them!

The floor/wall/ceiling are all using additive shaders?
I can also see there is a gradient of light that escapes the halls to outside
If not too much trouble, is it possible for you to share the fbx and texture so I can learn your skill?? :D

Yes! it is done using additive shader submesh!
It helps bring out that bit of feel/life to the hallways.

Yes! Those Korean Apartment you highlighted does looks of the same style!
Are those condos? If so, yes, condos dwellers are rich people, same over here in singapore, in my opinion.

These HDBs that i made are public housing. The public housing board did improve the design and aesthetic of singapore's public housing over different generation of apartments, I have to give credit to that.
