Freedom Tower

Description
The Freedom Tower or as some uncivilized New Yorkers call it, One World Trade Center, the Freedom Tower was commissioned to replace the Twin Towers that were destroyed in the 9/11 Terroist Attacks. It takes its place in the NYC Skyline Perfectly and now it is available as a World Wonder.

If any modder knows how to make it so you can yield Tourism please let me know. I looked in the Eiffel Tower's XML and it didnt provide any answer.

What programming language is Civ V in? I am assuming C or C++ in which case I would have to learn it.

If you are still interested in enhancing your MOD, here are the three relevant lines of code as they appear in the EIFFEL_TOWER "<Buildings>" table:

<PrereqTech>TECH_RADIO</PrereqTech>
<EnhancedYieldTech>TECH_RADIO</EnhancedYieldTech>
<TechEnhancedTourism>12</TechEnhancedTourism>

The last two of the three commands is how tourism is directly added to a building or wonder. The "<EnhancedYieldTech>" can be the same or different from the "<PrereqTech>". When different, the "<EnhancedYieldTech>" needs to come later in the tech tree.
