Colonization

Description
This is the (hopefully now working) updated version of my Colonization mod for Civ V.

Inspired by the Colonization of take offshoot series of games, you take charge of one of 5 european or 5 american civilizations during the early days of American colonization.

The European Civs (England, Spain, France, Portugal and the Netherlands) begin with a single large and developed city, a ship, a settler, a worker and a musketman (or equivalent). They will have to rely on trade routes to quickly establish themselves in the New World.

The American Civs (Aztec, Inca, Maya, Iroquois and Shoshone) start with a number of smaller, less developed cities and half a dozen or so of their unique units. They will have to work fast to drive the european invaders from their shores and may even have to side with one of them to help defeat another.

Starting happiness is more or less neutral for all civs. In order to promote trade and expansion all resoources have been placed regionally. You WILL have to trade or expand aggressively to secure all luxury resources to enable your empire to grow to it's fullest extent.

The to do list:
-Find a better solution for removing World Wonders than giving them all to an inaccessable civ (Songhai)
-Implement Religion
-Enable Gold trading within your own Civ and nerf foreign gold trade to simulate 'treasure fleets'

Features disabled in this mod:
-Religion (for now)
-Research (may include a modified research tree in the future)
-Culture (except for one or two predetermined policies)

Things you should know
-This mod was designed mostly as a 'sandbox' style scenario. most win conditions are disabled, and until i find a better way to disable wonders you will be unable to conquer the Songhai (Gao). Play until you feel you're happy with it!
-City placement is in no way meant to be historically accurate. They have been placed to enable gameplay and be indicative of the faction's region rather than precise historical size or location.
-Some unique units/improvements/buildings have marginal (if any) value in this scenario due to religion/culture/goodie huts being disabled. Eventually i'd like to have the scenario and these uniques working together.
-I've not gone out of my way to balance the mod other than what has already been mentioned. As a result, some factions will have a harder time of it than others, notably the American Civs, Portugal and the Netherlands. France probably comes in third, England second and Spain will most likely be the easiest faction to play, they just fit perfectly! France and England are destined for conflict purely because of Englands control of the channel. The Netherlands initially has military access with England and would do well to keep them on side!
-Each American Civ initially has access to 2 luxury resources at tradeable levels, The Euro Civs only have one, but do have access to Iron and Horses (except for Portugal and the Netherlands)

Any improvements you can think of please let me know!
