Inner-City Double-Decker Noise-Reducing S-Ramp

An interchange that allows traffic to merge onto your main inter-city road, meant for cities with a major highway running through the middle. The double roundabout allows traffic to merge on the inside of the inner loop and on the outside of the outer loop, thus the on/off ramps are on opposite sides of the road to prevent merging issues. This asset uses vanilla sound-dampening roads to reduce noise pollution.
