* Diplomatic term cost discount is now capped at -95% instead of -100%
* Terraformation cost now affected by gamespeed
* Military Ships will have shorter period of impact on politics from producing it
* Wealth of the Endless tech will increase the maximum resource stock from 999 to 1999
* Number of types of Luxuries appearing on the galaxy has increased (+ 50%~100%). Colossal & Gigantic size galaxy will have every luxuries.
* Ministry of Truth comes with the bonus of +50% experience at battle for all ships
* ESGM Galaxy Age option was added. Generally more fertile or temperate planets will be generated.
* Toxic planet now has -5 Approval per pop and one more population slot

* Planet without proper colonization technology will have zero FIDS on planet

* Titanium mine for Sophons
* 1 less law slots for Cravers' Autocracy
