To start you need to go to each engine and turn it on. Then the engines will start to spin up at which point you can full throttle it. I recommend taking off from the Arctic Air Base as you'll have the best runway. It's also necessary to make a spawner mission to spawn it at the end of the runway. Once the plane hits 45 you can pull up to get lift. just make sure you don't climb to fast.
