Description

This simple mod provides a reduced Upkeep, based on your Campaign's difficulty:

Easy: 1%
Normal: 2%
Hard: 3%
Very Hard: 4%
Legendary: 5%

Enjoy.

I really like that this mod doesn't remove extra upkeep entirely.

Player only. The AI has its own rules for upkeep.

Yes, that's what upkeep means in TTWH.
