The Storm's Eye (Rotating Swing Ride)

Description
This is a revolving swing ride for your amusement!
There is a control panel with breakers below, as well as one control harness(Colored Orange) that allows you to control the ride whilst riding it.
It is all electric, with solar panels to recharge
It has lots of lighting, including marquees on top with the ride's name

This will be put in trailer form in the future
