Description
Connecticut Financial Center by johncomerford

The only donation I ask for is a thumbs up vote! ^_^

The Connecticut Financial Center is a postmodern 26 floor, 383 ft office tower located in New Haven, Connecticut. It is the tallest building in New Haven and the sixth tallest building in the state.

The asset is 0.95:1 scale in order to get it to sit on a 4x8 lot. RICO settings are included (office level 3, 200 jobs) but you don't need the RICO mod to use the building.

Model stats are shown in the screenshot.

Building was done on request - probably the last time I do that. Sorry :)

I love New Haven. I would like the Knights of Columbus center as a building too,
great building though. Would also like the University of New Haven buildings and Yale University buildings as well.

I would love to see the Mercantile Center in cities. The two other "prominent" buildings in the skyline of Worcester would also be amazing in cities. :steamhappy:

Nice! Glad to see some CT/New England assets on the workshop!

This is very accurate. Try a building from Worcester or Springfield, I think it would be cool to see. There aren't many New England creators... Great Work
