HD Kamikazes with BFE Running Animations

Description
Small replacement mod which changes HD's Kamikazes to use their BFE Running animations. I think they used these in the beta version of the original HD version, before it was scrapped for the final release.

Replaces the Kamikaze model and Beheaded animation file.

It's actually the SS1 Xbox running animation and yes it was used during the beta
