Опис
A fully functional parking lot with a handicapped space.
There are markers placed so that vehicles will park in the spots and seem as realistic as possible.

What makes my parking assets different?
This asset is a DUMMY BUILDING which utilizes the DUMMY AI instead of being a park.
All of my parking assets can be found under the ROADS menu, Level 1 Monuments tab.

There is a multitude of user-made parking assets out there to choose from. Many don't function the way I wanted (like parks or misplaced handicapped spaces), or were not the size that I needed, so I created my own. Some look similar to ones already on the workshop, but will function differently and be in a different menu tab. If you are a creator and feel mine is too similar to yours, contact me and we will figure it out. If necessary, mine will be removed. As I get more done, I will slowly submit them to the Workshop.

I am a casual player and do not create assets for income. Creating even a small asset or prop can be very time consuming. If you like the assets on the Workshop and would like to donate, there are many well-known creators on the Workshop that provide amazing assets. Please donate to them.

@Williams, you can use the MoveIt mod to rotate the parking lot so that it will work roadside. Some of my other lots are linkable to create 8x8 and larger lots. The problem with creating a single large lot is that you are limited to 64 props in the asset editor, so I made smaller lots that can be placed next to each other to create a larger lot. As for garages, I'm not skilled enough to create completely new assets outside of the Workshop and then import them. If you would like to simply change the menu placement of an item, you can edit it in the Asset Editor and change the item's class and category so that they appear in a different menu option. There are tutorials under Guides in the Workshop.

Hey there, rally like your collection of parking lots that are not parks. Any chance you will make some in horizontal orientation, aka 3x1, 4x1 and so on which can be used to have parking spaces roadside? Would also love to see some 8x8 and even 10x10 ohh and parking garages in the same style aka under roads not parks. :)
