PNW 2x4 Off Hills

Description
You don't technically need Move It, but now that I have your attention: The first floor of this building is intentionally left blank because you're supposed to overlap it with a first floor shop, such as Raccoon's shops (as seen in the first preview). I also recommend adding some roof props etc; it's basically just a shell to add things to.

Anyways, this is a continuation of my PNW set as I move into a few more classic downtown buildings. This one sits flush on the sides of the lot, making it easy to use for wall-to-wall urban areas.

Credit to 220Hertz for the shingle textures! They're color mapped with some subtle variations.

Don't mind the silly names I gave many of these assets. I just needed some way to easily identify them.

I would like to see more building like this.. I need a load of wearhouses that are just a shell. setting them as an office means not lorries.. Could you do that?
