Egyptian and Meroitic Reskin

Description
This mod changes the appearance of characters from the Egyptian and Meroitic cultures to have darker skin in order to reflect their Northeast African heritage. Egyptians will now range from medium to dark brown and Meroitic characters will all be darker brown. In addition, both Egyptian and Meroitic characters will have "Ethiopian" hairstyles.
