Primitive Einsteins

Description
Our sociologists can't explain it, but somehow the minor races in this galaxy advance at a much higher speed than we've known from our own history!

This mod reduces the time for primitives to advance to the next technological level.
MTTH for all those primitive events is reduced (160y -> 60y, 100y -> 40y, 60y -> 30y)
Also the "recently advanced" flag will only last a tenth of the original time, allowing for even faster advancement.

It's not meant to be realistic, just meant to be fun. Most fun to play along with Ambulatory Cortex' "Primitives Everywhere" mod, which you can find here:

https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1459937168&searchtext=primitives

And of course to give those primitive lightbulbs more time and space to expand, check out my other mod "Slower Expansion"

https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1722847892

I don't know about compatibilities with other mods, I am merely an interested player not a modder. But since it only changes primitive_events.txt it should be fine with anything not altering this file.

Please let me know if I missed something or if you'd like more drastic or milder versions of this.

AND please let me know how to add more influence to newly FTL-advanced civs. Much appreciated!

Cheers, thanks for subscribing.

due to "more important things to do" I`m not going to work on my stellaris mods any time soon. you should be easily able to update these yourselves, as it really only should be a different version number.
Anyone who wants to improve on my mods, incorporate them into theirs or simply reupload them has my blessing and is free to do so.

Eh, just a personal preference I suppose. Be the first civ to gain ftl capacity and go on from there.

@Deadeye_7: Not on paper, but it should work nevertheless. for convenience sake i'll reupload soon with latest version number when I find the time.

@TheFishRaptor: Even slower than it is? Sure, it's possible. But why would you want that?

How about a reverse of the concept, slower tech advancements for primitive civs?

is this compatible with latest version?

Thanks for the hint. I really dont know what happened there, the events file was missing. it's up now. you should probably un- and resubscribe.

It's empty, I think you forgot to add the mod.
