Prague Row House, Strasnice 2

Description
Another house from Strašnice, Prague/Praha. This one is a bit more detailed, so the tris count is higher. I hope it's still acceptable :) An improvement was made to the front facade, it's more sharp and polished now. Also, I decided to only make the backyard repaintable this time. Many thanks to TheArkerportian for the incredible support!

- Tris Count: 2 745 (main); 17 (LOD)
- Texture: 1536x890 (main); 32x32 (LOD)
- L1 High Residential
- various colors, repaintable with the Painter mod

Any feedback is appreciated!

Hi, sorry for the delay. I really have no idea what's wrong with the LOD. I tried to export the model from scratch, checked the file name, repeated the whole model export process... without any success. The LOD shows up in-game, but in a very weird shape. The texture is there, though. So I really have no idea what to do. I'm really sorry for the disappointment...
