Jumpscout [Blue]

Designed using a streamlined version of the ADV. Destroyers, the Jumpscout primary role is to seek out targets and relay that information to the fleet in real-time or it can deploy laser-antennae beacons to stealthily mark them for later operations.

The 'Scout Beacon' blueprint is preloaded in the projector block - simply turn on the welders & projector to build. Detach it from the hull after orienting the solar panel by turning off the merge block (cockpit control buttons 7, 8 then 9)

Weighing almost half that of a typical Destroyer in its series, the improved jump range and lower production costs are essential for this ship role.

The only mods used are the weapon systems, supplemented with workshop scripts for automatic door management and weapon firing commands.
