NOTE: This is a trailer pack, you can add these to your trains using the
Extended Asset Editor Mod
, alternatively you can subscribe to a cargo train from the workshop and use the Random-Train-Trailers-Mod (RTT) and replace its trailers.


Bogie flatcar on 4 axis of type RES-676, with front flaps, side flaps and swivel stakes, designed for transporting long and heavy goods, that need additional safety during transport. This trailer is also suited for small amounts of bulk freight such as railway ballast. Measurements, Specifications and Load-Limits are taken from the official Cargo-Trailer-Catalogue from the "DeutscheBahn"-Homepage. Decals have individual placement on every design.
Each Trailer has a unique "rust"-effect. This effect comes in 4 different colors to make it seem as if the trailers are of different age.


This Trailer Pack contains 6 different RES trailers:
  • DB (yellow / black)
  • Generic (brown)
  • HVLE (grey / dark grey)
  • NS (blue)
  • PKP (blue)
  • SBB (grey)


For all my models i used the following programs:
  • Blender v2.78 for raw modelling
  • paint-net for diffuse / alpha / color-var. / illum. / specular textures
  • AwesomeBump for normal texture

thanks :)

just a little note on the side:
i decided last second that i want to split rs and res in two separate assets.
because as it seems from google research that these trailers are usually in
maintenance trains and dont mix with various goods.

also the color variation doesnt quite work well since the walls on the side are included in the submesh. which was a mistake since somehow (even though they are the same hex colors) the front/back walls always look like they have a different color.

but this is subject to change in the future.
