Based on the Porcelain Tower of Nanjing, this lot functions as a tourist lot, not requiring road access. It costs $500,000 to build and has 40 employees servicing a tourist population of 1000. The pack also comes with a fortification variant should you want to make your base the Porcelain Tower.
