Description
A small but elegant mod that expands, restructures, and dramatically improves Stendarr's Beacon. This mod aims to make this location more functional for those playing as Vigilants (or fighting against them), adding a new interior zone, outbuildings, and decor to complement the Vigil's grim, uncompromising aesthetic.
v1.00

_____

Features:
-A re-touched exterior for the beacon-proper, including an *actual* beacon and a usable stable
-A new interior zone, containing sleeping quarters, a kitchen, a shrine, storage areas, and a prison for suspected daedra worshipers
-An unowned bed and accompanying storage areas for visiting dragonborn
-Lore-friendly and stylistically consistent with Vanilla Skyrim
-Fully compatible with ThirteenOrange's ''No Mercy'' (an excellent quest mod that also modifies the Beacon), Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and most everything else
-No DLCs required!

_____

User's Guide:
-All items inside Stendarr's Beacon (with the exception of those by the left-most bed) are property of the Vigil, so hands to yourself sneak-thief!

-While you can use the left-most bed and accompanying storage containers, DO NOT USE THEM FOR LONG-TERM STORAGE! This area is not currently configured as a player home, and any items you store there will eventually disappear. I might change this in the future, but for the time being consider yourself a guest rather than an owner

-Crafting stations: Cooking pot (kitchen), alchemy table (kitchen), tanning rack (basement storage room), armor worktable (basement storage room), grindstone (prison)

-The EditorID of the new interior zone is ''stendarrsbeaconinterior01''

Feel free to tinker around with this mod! Just be sure to credit me if you use any of my work in something you publish. Many thanks to Krisjay (from the Nexus forums) for his helpful post on stables and horses, and to Bethesda for making and supporting this incredible game!

While you're at it, check out the other mod in my improved dungeon series: The Midden: Expanded
Don't forget to rate!

Enjoy!

Terrific mod. Simple and lore-friendly, really like the options and atmosphere that you gave the place, and it suits their grim mission. Upvoted for that, and out of uneasiness that if I don’t, some humorless and merciless Vigilants may attack my DB.

Those that can't find it, I'll read a small note that I found in Cyrodill a few years ago:
"Blessed are those who stray from the beateb path. May you always find yoour way."

This is a mod that should be a welcome to anyone. Vampires, Imperials, Stormcloaks, as much as I hated to say it, Mages, Witches, and yes Those who are True to the Aedra, also known as The 9 Divines.

Great mod, very well thought out and lore friendly! If anyone is thinking of playing as a Vigilant I recomend it without any second thoughts!

Sweet! I love your Midden mod, can't wait to try this out. Stendarr's Beacon is such a cool little location, ripe for expansion of this type.

Great, bout time someone made a Mod; im Sure that after the Hall of the Vigilants have fallen, the survivors should go somewhere and rebuild
thanks that you decided to make something for them. : ))
