I had the same issue with it showing some buildings require tech 0, specifically for me it was caused by also having the 14 idea slot mod enabled in the playset. Not sure if anyone else will find this helpful :)

But you used the BT Version that is linked here? You can also try to resub.

@flogi. yes i made a new playset with just bt and this mod in it. so i dont really know whats going on.

hey uhm so im trying to play this however everytime im trying to build buldings it says i cant cus the buildings require tech 0. i dont have any other mods installed just this one and BT can anyone tell me whats going on?

If I may have a single suggestion - I wish IV had a compatibility path for BT where is just changes ideas [and obviously balances their cost etc] - I like your mod a lot but with BT [and especially given BT has some submods which are great] it would be wonderful to just have a pure [more] ideas mod that changes nothing else. Lack of idea variety is what BT misses the most.

The dfficult settings apply additionally to vanilla ones.
